1 - Account

1.1 - Every time you log into the game you accept and agree to follow the game rules.

1.2 - As player you are allowed to have only 1 account.

Warning: Proxies and VPNs are not allowed.
Warning: Do not use Public Networks. (Multiple players on the same Public Network is a violation of the multiple account rule.)

• Punishment for creating/administering multiple accounts: Permanently banned

1.3 - All accounts are property of TerraDominium. This means you are not allowed to sell your account for real money.

• Punishment for account in question: Permanently banned

1.4 - Players can appeal their punishment.

2 - Bots and automated software

2.1 - Using unapproved bots or automated software to play the game is forbidden.

• Punishment: Permanently banned

3 - Exploits

3.1 - Exploiting game mechanics and bugs are not allowed.

• Punishment: Permanently banned

3.2 - Slave accounts are not allowed.
Extra: A “slave” account is an account that supports 1 or more players with resources, materials, consumables and weapons and never get anything in return. We are talking about structural abuse.

• Punishment first offense: Warning and Loss of goods and gold + gold fine for the exploiting accounts
• Punishment second offense: Slave account Permanently banned and loss of goods and gold + gold fine for the exploiting accounts

4 - Language / content

4.1 - Player generated content which contains racism, vulgarities, pornography, spam and external advertising is not allowed.
Extra: It is not allowed to publish personal information about players or staff without permission.

• Punishment first offense: Warning and deleting of content in question.
• Punishment second offense: Temporary ban of 7 days and deleting of content in question.
• Punishment third offense: Permanently banned and deleting of content in question.

5 - Trade

5.1 - Players are not allowed to abuse the market mechanic in the game.
We view sellers and buyers as equally guilty when abusing the market mechanics.

• Punishment first offense: Warning and loss of gold and products.
• Punishment second offense: Temporary ban of 7 days and loss of goods and gold.
• Punishment third offense: Permanently banned and loss of goods and gold.

6 - Admin rights

6.1 - The admins reserve the right to punish any player at any time as they see fit.

6.2 - The admins are not obligated to provide a reason for any given punishment.

6.3 - The admins reserve the right to change the game rules at any moment without (advanced) notice.
